She has been actively involved in instructing students in English (SL) from grades VII to XII. Her commitment goes beyond the classroom, as she has played a significant role in school administration, serving as a member of the Managing Committee for 12 years and contributing as the secretary of the Academic Council. Demonstrating leadership skills, she has handled administrative responsibilities, including student registration and teacher approval, effectively serving as the second in command after the Headmaster. Sanchita has also demonstrated her supervisory skills by successfully overseeing the Madhyamik (10th) Board Examination as a Venue Supervisor, taking charge as the Head Examiner for the Higher Secondary (+2) examination in West Bengal and condacting teachers’ training as the Key Resource Person organisddy by the Govt of W. B.
